| 89855 | 2002-10-16 21:03:00 | Why can I not find the 'Temporary Internet Files' directory in DOS when a search in Windows 98SE tell's me "index.dat" lives in..... C:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5 Has MS now hidden it so I can not view or edit "index.dat" in DOS mode? I have edited it before on a system using Win98SE, but this particular installation doesn't show a listing for C:\Windows\Tempor~ in DOS. Where is it? Why can't I see it? Is Bill Gates really Satan? |
