1316931 2012-12-07 00:31:00 I recently "upgraded" to Win XP Pro 64 bit edition . (I tried using Win 7 but it kept crashing on me, I needed the extra ram so went XP Pro 64 and it works fine)

However, since going 64 bit I am not able to edit tags/summary on . wmv files as I used to in the 32 bit version .

Does anyone know a program or way that will allow me to tag/summary all . wmv files in Win XP Pro 64 bit?

Thanx .

1316932 2012-12-07 00:33:00 How did you install Win7 ?? Did you do a clean install / boot from the Win7 DVD? If it was crashing, what was it saying? Speedy Gonzales (78)

I explained all that in my previous thread when you asked. Yes, it was a clean install. pressf1.pcworld.co.nz

However, that is not the question and my problem. Thanx.

I am not using any program. Just doing as I always did and adding the title in the Summary (Title area) of the .wmv file. That's how I have done it for years.

The error is "Summary Properties. A disk error occurred during a write operation". It has done this since the day I went 64 bit.

Again, this ONLY happens with .wmv files and works just fine with .mp4 etc. It never happened in 32 bit.
