90149 2002-10-17 07:59:00 I have put a <select> item into a form for emailing, and the outcome is not being transmitted. Obviously something is missing.

<TR>
<td colspan="2" align=right<h4>Card Type</h4>
<td colspan="7" ><SELECT>
<OPTION value="Visa" selected>VISA
<OPTION value="m/card" selected>MASTERCARD

</SELECT>
</TR>
Help greatly appreciated!

90150 2002-10-17 08:36:00 Hi. Try format it like this, between your HEAD tags:

<form name="form1" method="post" action="">
<select name="select">
<option value="option1">Item1</option>
<option value="option2">Item2</option>
<option value="option3">Item3</option>
</select>
</form>

Of course the rest of your FORM has to be set up correctly too.

90151 2002-10-17 08:55:00 .. and you only select one type of card - mastercard or visa - not both. Remove the word "selected" from one Heather P (163)

You need to select only one - either visa or m/card. you cannot have both selected. Remove "selected" from one, and the form should work.
