I have found hotmail to be very unreliable tho, have gone for weeks without being able to access it and then all off a sudden I can get in and clear all the spam and then I can no longer access it again for weeks. Doesn't worry me too much now as I don't use it as my main address. Haven't had any problems for several months now for some reason. One time I contacted hotmail support which enabled it to be accessed the next day (they wrote back asking what the problem was)? and then the following day no access again. Not worth the trouble I don't think. Use it for junk mail, thats all. | Danger (287) | ||

| 90817 | 2002-10-20 01:33:00 | If you have Outlook Express why don't you just set up your Hotmail account in there. I very very rarely go to my online Hotmail account and just get everything downloaded into OE. Can delete and send Hotmail emails from there too, just like "normal" emails. A tip: make sure you don't have Preview enabled when looking at your Hotmails so that you can delete the spam without the message downloading into OE. It should be set to Preview anyway, as a precaution against viruses. |

| 90818 | 2002-10-20 03:22:00 | Have u tried viewing hotmail through a different browser? That might work, or could be a cookie restriction problem. Do u have problems like this with other sites that ask u to login to accounts and so forth? Just change the cookie restriction level. v.K--------------------- :D |
