| 90752 | 2002-10-19 05:20:00 | I downloaded the latest Netscape and Mozilla off a cd and during the installation got an error message saying this: error occurrred during installation Netscape XPCOM:-20 CANT_READ_ARCHIVE. I get the same message with Mozilla. I thought it might have been a dud cd so went to the sites and downloaded manually...but still the same. I tried installing them both on my laptop and got the same error message as well. Prior to this I was successfully running the previous versions of both of these programs on both computers. Both programs were uninstalled and I rebooted before installing new version. Can any one help me please? Cheers Caro |
