| 90699 | 2002-10-18 23:48:00 | Hello I have just bought a Genius netscroll mouse. The mouse works as a normal mouse but when I try to install the software off the disk in the a: drive all I get is the disk in drive a is not formatted, this happens if I run setup, view in explorer. In driver update no better driver found. I have tried other disks with no problem in acessing them. Windows xp and service pack installed ntfs file system. I have tried searching the internet to download the software with no success. Anyone help me with this please. Regards Rob |
