| 91005 | 2002-10-20 04:45:00 | It would imply that you have an application trying to connect to the web, and one you are obviously not aware of. Do you regularly check for spyware ? Some of these "nasties" like to phone home with your surfing habits and worse. You could start by downloading AdAware, from www.lavasoft.de. Another thought, are you running a fairly recent release of Zonealarm? The free firewall has a habit of wanting to connect when it fires up, not sure if there is an answer to it yet. |

| 91006 | 2002-10-20 20:57:00 | Thank you. I have both AdAware and Zone Alarm and it does appear that the later is the culprit, as there has been a recent up date. Am new to this site, it's really great to have some place like this to go to and have little problems sorted. |
