The first is dealt with in the following Microsoft Knowledge base article support.microsoft.com The second is if you are using a pirated copy with the Cd Key starting with GC6J3 ( this is a pirated Microsoft internal use code supplied with a lot of pre release versions of Office 2K) Microsoft has a fix for this one as well (go buy a legal copy) Regards Alan |
