91143 2002-10-20 03:00:00 I went to the back bedroom (I throw 'nothing' away!), but it is v3.3 that I had with my first computer - an Amstrad 2086! There are five disks (the computer has long since gone). R.M. (561)
91144 2002-10-20 03:47:00 Here's another site with convoluted instructions where Win3.1 can be downloaded in the form of 6 zipped files, note win3.1, not WFWG 3.11

http://www.win31.cjb.net/

You follow the instructions to go to Yahoo and log in using the provided user ID and password. There is a slight difference to the instructions, when you get to a Spanish briefcase page, stay there and add win3x2k2 to the url, and you will eventually get to the briefcase containing DOS 6.22, Win3.1 and other things.
I started to download the first disk and it seemed to be ok except the download speed was a miserable 200-500bytes/sec, so havent thoroughly checked it out yet.

91146 2002-10-20 04:04:00 Reflecting on all this, I guess I could zip each disk and email them. Would you need DOS 6.22 as well?

Cheers

91147 2002-10-20 04:07:00 A easier method than Terry's is to ignore the instructions to get into Yahoo! and just click on the "Operating Systems" link above those instructions, and it'll take you to a page with lots of different Operating Systems on it, including WFW3.11

Or to make it even easier on you, here's the link www.freewebz.com :D[/url]
