| 91906 | 2002-10-23 01:10:00 | In Outlook you can set follow up flags that alert a recipient of an e-mail to follow up on the e-mail by a certain date. However, what I would like to do is have the flag to follow up alert myself only with a reminder note rather than the recipient. I would cc or bcc myself on the original e-mail and using the rules wizard to automatically file this to a follow up folder. In that way I can follow up emails that I have sent to people that have not yet responded or completed the task without having to set up a note in tasks or in calendar separately and basically automate this task. Any tips would be appreciated |

| 91907 | 2002-10-23 06:58:00 | Instead of CCing to yourself, just set a rule to automatically send the email to a follow-up folder when it's sent, rather than to the sent items folder. Mike. |
