| 91650 | 2002-10-22 07:16:00 | Hello there, I have obtained an iso version of lycoris desktop from a magazine's cd. When I burn this to a cdr or cdrw (which apparently completed fine using NTI CD maker pro 2000), the disc will read in the computer that it was created on, but will not work in our other computer. When I try to boot from it, (it is bootable) it says boot failure (under win98). When I try to open the disk in windows explorer, It just keeps on trying to read from the cd, then comes up with a dialog box, saying that a device attached to the cdrom drive is not functioning properly. If I try to run another cdrom (encarta for example) this works fine. Any ideas? Jasezone |

| 91653 | 2002-10-22 09:08:00 | this may sound silly, but did u close the last track after burning, so that it is completed, why not try burning at a lower speed? | vk_dre (195) | ||
