| 92010 | 2002-10-23 02:37:00 | Hi i have a 20 gig seagate hard drive I think and currently it is creating a lot of noise, even when it is not loading or doing anything . It is constant most of the time . Sometimes it does pulsing noises . is this a sign of HDD failure? |

| 92011 | 2002-10-23 02:42:00 | Disks should not make noises ... loud ones, anyway. A quiet hum, perhaps. ;-) If you are not sure, get it in (just the computer box) to a service place, and ask them. Don't ask them for an opinion on the basis of a description. Do it soon. |
