| 91910 | 2002-10-23 01:32:00 | I occassionally get the error message when using IE6: 'A Runtime Error has occured. Do you wish to debug? Line: 71 Error: NS_ActualOpen is undefined' I'm running XP Pro and IE6. What does this mean? Is it important and if so what should I do about it? Thanks in advance :-) |

| 91911 | 2002-10-23 02:16:00 | It's just caused by an HTML error or some such on a web page you are browsing. Don't worry about it, it's probably just a minor bug in the web page code. It just means the page will probably not look quite how the author intended it to look. The page may work just fine or it may not. You can turn off this error notification if you find it distracting. In IE6: Tools, Internet Options, click on the Advanced tab and uncheck 'Display a notification about every script error'. | Rod J (451) | ||
