| 92449 | 2002-10-24 19:22:00 | I just started work in a retravision store as their computer and camera salesperson and one of my first and biggest jobs has been to clear out the old stock and get some decent ( price and quality ) gear instead. In keyboards we have everything from the basic $20 board to the logitech wireless mouse and keyboard pack at $299. The prices from the suppliers for the same items can vary drastically depending on what they specialise in and that affects the final price in the shop. As far as I can see with some of the more expensive keyboards you appear to be paying for the name also as I have been able to play with the various ones alongside each other and have not noticed any significant differences apart from the feel of the board and the hotkeys/features that most people try out for the first few days untill they realise that they are not that handy. |
