| 92910 | 2002-10-25 07:55:00 | Howdy group, I have a Macrocom PIII 600 Win98SE and cant now get Microsoft Encarta Atlas to work. It is part of the Works Suite 2000 that came with the computer. When I insert the disk I get the following message "Encarta atlas has detected that IE explorer security settings are set to custom please set to medium. Otherwise bla bla." I go to explorer tools, internet options, security tab , it is set to medium I can change it and belive me I have tried, but the message continues. The default button stays grayed out after changing. is still grayed out. Then it keep asking to insert disk which is already in there. I have used the search facility here but as per usual I am the only person on this planet with this problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Can any one help please? Cheers Ted Heath |
