| 92820 | 2002-10-25 03:57:00 | Can anybody provide some tips for a smooth W98SE reinstall ? I am running setup from the faster CDRW (should I do it on 4xcdrom ?). Did fdisk, then format c: /s after booting from the W98SE start up diskette with CDRom support. Also tried copying Win98 subdir to d: but ran into initialisation/startup probs. Backed up c: data only - should I nuke all drives ? P233MMX, 192MB, 8GB hdd (c: = 4GBpri, e:=4GBext), 1GB hdd (d:) |
