| 92576 | 2002-10-24 08:43:00 | HI everyone, Does anyone know of a website hosting server on the internet that doesn't put ads on the page??? I have heard orcon . net . nz does . is that true??? cos it is a ISP as well . If I want the free website hosting where do i go on their website to get it . Hope someone can tell me . I won't need to have a large amount of space . 5MB tops but more like 2 -3MB would be more like it . Bandwidth well I won't need that much . But I don't want ads on my website . | 92578 | 2002-10-24 08:50:00 | Orcon does do it... what they do is make you sign up as part of there comunity so you can get webhosting and e-mail It's a damn fine webserver, more than what you pay for! I think they want you to think "Orcon" should you need an ISP, but don't worry.. sign up could be done by anyone, you don't have to sell your soul or give them a credit card number unless you opt for pay services, such as an internet connection with Orcon BTW anyone tried them? Are they any good as an ISP? |

We are also working on a new administration system, which should help our staff better manage account signups . We will not be accepting new user signups again until this system is (near) complete . No estimated date of completion is available . Guess they aren't working at the mo . . . Plus i couldn't find a link to sign up to a free account with orcon . I'd appreciate it if someone could post a direct link to their signup page in this topic . cheers, markOS X |
