| 93255 | 2002-10-26 20:08:00 | I have been scanning Photos and saving them to a CD. Using Windows98se and a HP cd-writer 8200e. I have just started getting a message when I try to save a scanned photo to CD saying as follows:- " You do not have permission to open this file. See the owner of the file or an administrator to obtain permission." As I am the one who created and saved the file in the first place, I'm a bit puzzled what to do next. Any suggestions would be appreciated. |
