94760	2002-10-31 01:59:00	Help! I had to re install Windows XP Home edition, but a certain file of mine that was already on the PC cannot open. This file was the main file to my personal documents and settings, but I had a password logon to login to this file. I've tried all the basics but will not let me access, move or delete at all. It does not allow me to do anything under the security tab either. Is there any way to get around the security on this??? Iv'e also tried on DOS the following... CACLS My Documents /E /E /P Users:F CACLS My Documents /E /E /P Administrators:F CACLS My Documents /E /E /G Users:F CACLS My Documents /E /E /G Administrators:F (The folder is still saved in Documents And Settings) .	bevanryken (2388)
