| 94661 | 2002-10-30 18:46:00 | Recently when I open my mail in outlook express I get this error. An exception occurred while trying to run "fldrclnr.dll, WIZARD_DLL". Is there anything I can do to stop this box popping up. Cheers Caro |

| 94662 | 2002-10-31 05:39:00 | Hi Caro Those DLL's belong to XP's Desktop Cleanup Wizard. I don't know why it should be interferring with your emails. I see that it can be configured to do a cleanup at regular intervals - perhaps this is behind it??? Hopefully someone else can help you further. Cheers Jen |
