95132 2002-11-01 08:42:00 I have a Compaq Aramada 1750 300mhz
& it has four keys above the keyboard that don't do anything.
How does one give life to these keys when I don't see any options for keyboard settings & I don't even know how to get in the bios:8}
?????????

95133 2002-11-01 08:55:00 Download a driver for it from Compaq. You'll need the one specifically for your model. You run the download in Windows, you won't need to ge in to BIOS. crozier (2004)
95134 2002-11-01 08:56:00 I had one of those in a past life...
They were programmable keys that you could assign program launch to.
I would have been a compaq application, part of the original installation software.

95135 2002-11-01 09:49:00 This (www.compaq.com) is for the Win XP Home and this (www.compaq.com) is for win Xp proff.
All the above are the programs used to operate the quickkeys. Just go here (www.compaq.com) and choose option 2 and choose the OS and type of device.
