| 95573 | 2002-11-03 01:39:00 | I am about to become involved in organising a family reunion and would like to keep the email addresses for this event seperate from those in my normal addressbook. Is this possible? I have Office 97, Works 6 and IE6. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks. |

Click the Index tab and type identities in where is says "Type in the keyword . . " and click Display Read the information and create a new identity . While a minor irritation, a password protected identity provides a deterrent to unauthorised user access . Remember to "Exit and Log Off Identity" when finished with Outlook Express for basic security . While it is possible to use a shared address contact list with two or more identities, full control (including adding, altering and deleting email addresses) is possible by the other identities as well as the one that created the addresses book . |
