| 95709 | 2002-11-03 20:41:00 | Have been trying to do a backup to a CDRW , and on too different programs after a short while a blue screen comes up and says ' Disk Write Error Unable to write to disk in drive C data or files may be lost'. Can anyone help me please? Wayne |

| 95710 | 2002-11-03 20:48:00 | It sounds like your Hard drive might have bad sectors on it. Try running a scandisk on you C: and see if it picks anything up. |

| 95712 | 2002-11-04 01:51:00 | You should take these errors seriously. It is telling you it is having problems accessing your Hard Drive, which is not a Nice Thing! Backup all your important data as soon as you can, if you can. You may soon lose access to it. Be prepared for a re-install, possibly on a new HDD? How old is the present one, is it under warranty? |
