| 95654 | 2002-11-03 18:47:00 | I installed SP-1 for XP and now Outlook Express takes 25 seconds to open. Anybody know about this and how to kick its a .... er, get it back to its wonderful reliable self. ? TIA |

| 95655 | 2002-11-03 20:38:00 | The slowness is caused by conflicting dlls etc. This may help (support.microsoft.com) Otherwise do these steps Step 1. Try reinstalling OE if that doesn't work Step 2. Uninstall OE (if thats possible) and reinstall it I don't know if this is possible on XP, as i have 9x so it's most likely a bit different |
