| 95686 | 2002-11-04 03:28:00 | Tried it, but It was a bit hard to get used to at first. It's funny downloading MP3's using it, They're all split up! If I remember correctly, It bet DAP in transfer speeds over my Dial-Up, but not over Cable. |

| 95688 | 2002-11-04 06:03:00 | I'd have to recommend FlashGet (http://www.flashget.com) works really well and doesn't have a really annoying nag screen. | -=JM=- (16) | ||
| 95689 | 2002-11-04 06:14:00 | flashget anyday :) there are a few settings to change to get the most out of it. >It's funny downloading MP3's using it, They're all split up! thats werid. how do you mean split up? an mp3 is just a file just like any other. sounds like more of a server prob. |

There's more than enough info on the F1 site to super your connection, let alone on the Net. My experience, before, and especially since using ADSL is that I've almost never had a broken download, in over 6 years of Net use.... Download-Manager - Schmounload-manager I say. |

Im on Broadband, & I use download managers to automate what would otherwise be boring clickfests. mangers that are fully featured can be a great tool :-) I have better things to do with my time, like playing games. I realize this is a pretty old post, but has there been any updates on prefered managers? feature wise? ease of use? adaptability? |
