| 96261 | 2002-11-05 11:21:00 | Hi all... I just brought a couple of 99min cdr to try out, but the ahead nero burner software that i am using dont support this capacity. I was just wondering if anyone who know a software that can support 99mins so that i can try it out? Thanks... |

| 96265 | 2002-11-05 21:32:00 | Prassi Primo does it .. but you do realize that even if u did wrote successfully up to 99 mins .. it doesn't mean other reader can read it and most of them don't :) | mashimaro (2168) | ||
| 96266 | 2002-11-06 02:06:00 | this maybe a silly question. but I have a 640mb cd writer. is it possible to force it to write 700mb using the 700mb cd's. then use my new cd-rom to read this extra capacity?? Thanks in advance Rayonline |

| 96267 | 2002-11-06 02:24:00 | It is possible using the Overburn feature, but for the extra space, why not just stick with 650MB! Its the CD-Writer that needs to support burning to a bigger disc space, not really the software, as nero can fine! Beware, burning at 700MB when your drive only supports 650MB can permanantly damage your writer and even put it out of action forever! Id suggest you buy a new one, for $120 you can get a brand spanking new 48x12x48x writer. Burn those CD's in about 3 mins.. What more can you want! I've got a 32x and find it a dream compared to my old 8x (Which only ever wrote at 4x due to limited RAM). Cheers Chilling_Silence |
