96593 2002-11-06 21:38:00 We wish to set up a small LAN with Windows 2000 Server and 5 old Win95 workstations. I read in one article saying that the workstation must be Windows 2000 Prof or compatible.

Is it possible for the Win95 workstations to join the Win2K Server Domain? If the answer is yes, how do I go about? If the no, is there any other ways to get around this problem?

Cheers

Dunno what you're meaning here, anything 95, NT, 98, ME, 2K or XP can be networked, should be easy too!

Domain?? If you've got the domain setup, right click on Network neighbourhood (Goiong from memory here...) and then the top one should be something like click for MS networks.

There's and option in there to join a NT domain, put a tick in the box and specify your domain name.

Hope this helps
