| 96746 | 2002-11-07 07:20:00 | I am running I.E. 6 and XP Home, both of which have been updated with the latest service packs. When I go to the Microsoft update site and check for updates, it finds updates to install, but when it brings up the box to ask if I agree to the legal stuff, an error box pops up with a message: Internet Explorer Script Error Line: 2 Char: 1 Error: Object doesn't support this property or method Code: 0 Does anyone know what this means and what I can do to resolve it? I have been all through the microsoft knowledge base and have not found anything that helps. Note: this was happening before I installed the SP's (hoped they would fix the problem) |
