Unless there are any other map makers lurking here I doubt anyone here will be able to help you and I can't talk you through this. In your Hammer folder is a file - hammer.chm - this is a help file. Just double-click and it will fire up in Windows help. Includes all this basic info you will need. |

| 96726 | 2002-11-09 23:37:00 | what version of cs do u have? i have the retail version, but the valve hammer editor seems to be made for the half life. do u think i have to have the half life game inorder to make maps.. i redone the setup..........and unpack the packed the pak0.pak file which i missed in the earlier setup...but i can still see the textures.......if u have the retail version of cs. can u take the time to take screenshots of the your configuration so i can copie it!! its said something about having the latest opengl driver to view the 3d view. mybe thats the problem! but when i click on the provided links to download the latest opengl driver...i got very lost. i went to tthe websites and couldnt find any opengl grivers!!! can u help me find the right opengl driver for my video card i go this card asus 64MB Geforce 2 MX400 agp vga card sorry for asking about this but im really lost on finding opengl drivers TiM©:*) |
