If you're happy with it being static (not that you have any choice ;-)) you just need to create your form letter with the .gif file embedded and save it as a template. Rather than go into detailed instructions unnecessarily it would help if you can advise what program you're using to create your form letter. |

| 97106 | 2002-11-12 08:26:00 | Sorry, I thought you had spelt "form" letter wrong - the "letter" bit threw me. :D Like godfather says, all forums are slightly different but if you look somewhere in your Preferences or Settings there should be somewhere to upload your graphic. They usually have to be quite small so you need to make sure your graphic fits their criteria. Most forums have help or instructions on how to do this but if you still have problems post the link to the forum here (or send it to me if you wish) and we'll be able to have a look then sort you out. |

| 97108 | 2002-11-12 09:19:00 | Try this one it's great and you'll spend hours on it www.uselessgraphics.com you can either right click on properties on the pic you want, and highlight the URL and save, or right click and save it on your computer (save as) then add it as an attachment. Or how about when you see the pic you like, highlight it, copy and paste even better!! Doesn't always work though :_| Just give all of them a try, it won't hurt, promise........I've tried them all... It took me ages to get a gif in my profile!! Now I'm a pro..... (yeah right!!) |
