2002-11-07 19:45:00 | Is IHUG slack or soemthing????? I've emailed them 2x about a accounting problem...cant ring..deaf :-) so i emailed them, October 11th...and then again 3 days ago...and havent heard anything from them... October 11th was coz i never got a monthly bill for that month, and 3 days ago i found my answer in the bill that came for the 2 months (if charges under $5 then dont pay till next month) But now i have this bill... cannot pay at a postshop, only can be paid by automatic payment, direct debit or creditcard... AND i only use it for t2v.co.nz so its never the same $$ monthly... and its due next monday... and I have emailed them asking how to pay it since the bank told me that i shouldnt have to use automatic payment..it costs $5 to set up and i only want to use it ONE OFF...so they dont recommend it.. Are they this slack? Even xtra is bigger than ihug but they can reply within 24 hours... whats up with IHUG????

2002-11-07 20:33:00 | Can you not pay by "Virtual Cheque" or a one-off deposit transfer with your bank? We had a discussion on this a little while ago and most banks allow it. | Susan B (19) | |
2002-11-07 20:37:00 | they said i could make a cheque out at a cost of $5... but the whole bill is $11...and i dont really want to pay more than i have to.. deposit transfer with bank costs $5 too coz its the same as a automatic payment... if nothing comes ne luck by sunday..mite ask if i can use friends credit card and pay him back at the same time...

2002-11-07 20:48:00 | If you sign up for internet banking with your bank, you can make one off payments direct to any bank account. The charges are usually no more than your normal bank electronic transaction charges. | wuppo (41) | |
2002-11-08 02:39:00 | Set up a direct debit. This allows IHUG to deduct the specific amount required each month from your bank account. It's similar to an automatic payment, but allows for variable amounts with no intervention (or extra charge) from you. | antmannz (28) | |
