| 97416 | 2002-11-09 07:42:00 | I have had no problems since obtaining the above Printer about 18 months ago. Until recently the default quality setting was "Normal" now after each printing session the default reverts to "Best Quality". I have altered the page size from the USA Letter into A4 and this alteration holds. No matter what I've tried it seems to have a mind of its own! Would appreciate any help. |

| 97418 | 2002-11-09 10:55:00 | Start/Settings/Control Panel Double click on Printers Folder/Right click on HP DeskJet 930C Series, click on Properties/ Setup Tab. Change your settings here and you should have no more hassles. Have a 930C myself, have for over two years and all ok (touch wood):D. Iam running WinMe not XP. But must be similer though.
