| 97428 | 2002-11-09 09:31:00 | Win XP Home Crappy Built-In Internet Explorer i have no IE url bar. it is set to display in the toolbar settings but it doesn't, there's just a small button (unclickable) that says 'Address'. it can't be dragged. i want my URL bar back, without reinstalling IE. any help much appreciated |

| 97429 | 2002-11-09 10:01:00 | Right click on the address bar, select "lock the toolbar" (or is it taskbar??) ... it should now be unlocked... try dragging the toolbar again! Lo. |
