| 1320566 | 2012-12-29 01:50:00 | I have a "Telecom R203" cell phone. My problem is it does not ring for an incomming call. When a call arives it lights up and tells me the number of the caller and asks if I want to accept it. So it seems to be working ok. But the thing will not ring. I have changed settings etc. but it makes no difference. I have accepted and tested all the ring tones and they come through loud and clear. I think I must be running in SILENT mode, but that is not what I have selected. I have ring and vibrate selected and it does neither. I have been phoning from my VOIP land line so I am not out of range. Now I know why I have never had a cell phone before. Jack |
