| 1295793 | 2012-08-21 01:14:00 | Rhys Jones is not being totally honest when he talks about the vehicles our troops are using. He said than any vehicle would not have stood that blast ! How does he know that ? Would an Abraham tank have withstood it I think it would have. The fact is that the Yanks ditched the Humvees years ago. They are death traps. They are now using vehicles called MRAP's made by Oshkoko in the USA. Oman has ordered 750 of them ! They are built to withstand IED's and can keep going on 3 weeks. Since the USA troops have been using them they have had only 8 guys killed in them out of Thousands of attacks ! |

I was just responding to a guy that obviously knows they put our troops into inferior vehicles and is trying to cover his slimy arse. |
