Download Adobe Reader X

Install Adobe Reader X

Any better?

Looking at installed programs, it would appear Adobe Reader X is installed already.

1319930 2012-12-24 05:02:00 Well yeah, but you have to download it first before you can open it.

Or are you opening it and downloading it at the same time inside the web browser with the adobe reader plugin or such? Just trying to figure out what program is actually giving the error

1319931 2012-12-24 05:15:00 Using IE8 & Google to locate the file.
In this case a user guide for a digital projection clock.
The file downloads & views in Adobe.
When you try to save it, the warning comes up.
Have since downloaded & saved the file on another system.
Then moved it via network to the problem system, where it opens ok.

1319932 2012-12-28 20:56:00 How about rather than clicking the link which opens the pdf into Acrobat reader add on for IE, right click the link on the webpage and choose save target as, and then save to your hard drive. Sound like something funky up with Acrobat? Webbnzl (8810)
1319933 2012-12-30 00:32:00 Might work but have got the file now.
Does appear be to some sort of compatibility issue between IE & Adobe.
And only on that system.
Probably get sorted in the next updates.
