| 1296529 | 2012-08-23 10:24:00 | There's apparently some fellow sneaking into houses at the moment. My friend's warning those he knows, and I figure since there's a few locals here it might pay to let you lot know. his post: so, today, while Granddad was mowing the lawns, i was downstairs, and i heard something upstairs. so i took a walk to investigate, and caught a person in my bedroom who i had never seen before. he hastily left once i had disturbed him. it took me a few moments (and a reminder from someone) that i should probably call the police. it took them less than five minutes from the time i made the phone call to the time there was a helicopter audible, and they had the dog out looking for this man. apparrently we weren't the only people this individual had visited. for those living in the One Tree Hill area, this guy wasn't caught. he's still out there. and he will keep doing what he's doing until he is caught. i'm looking into an alarm system. this is a wake up call, lock your doors, especially when you are not paying attention to them. |

| 1296531 | 2012-08-23 10:39:00 | yeah, i've been burgled myself before, way back when I was a kid. Was some people from my primary with parents in the mongrel mob. They stole my bike. I'll let you make your own jokes about that, but hopefully they catch this guy. As per the post, friend is not taking chances and looking into an alarm. His room's quite set up and he runs his own radio station out of it so would hate to lose any of his stuff. Not stunningly expensive but as a student it's difficult. | 8ftmetalhaed (14526) | ||
