| 97795 | 2002-11-11 08:04:00 | My "Help and Support" menu under the start button on WinXp Pro fails to open . I'm sure it used to at some point in time . The only thing I can remember doing is disabling the remote assistance option (paranoid?!?) . Now I can't even remember how to re-enable it to see if that was the problem . When I click on the help and support menu, the hour-glass spins for about a second, and then disappears, and nothing happens . The 'services' box says that the help and support is operating . But it's not! Any ideas whats going on? |

| 97796 | 2002-11-11 08:42:00 | Hi Crudbug, For starters, this (www-tus.csx.cam.ac.uk) is how to re-enable remote assistance (it is for XP Home edition, but I would imagine the steps are the same). See what that does to your Help and Support. Jen |
