97914 2002-11-12 08:45:00 i'm so glad that i don't get newspapers, and that my flatmate keeps his infernal television in his own room!

Personally i think this might be the creation of the leggo company itself, look at all the free publicity.... hell we're even discussing it in this sensible place.

97915 2002-11-12 09:27:00 Hey man, Lego rocks! If I had the money, I'd be buying those mindstorm droid kits they have. mmm.......

I been playing with Lego since I was 5 (looong time ago OK?) and yes, I'm part Maori :D

97916 2002-11-12 10:38:00 its the reaction of a single person, and thats all, you shouldnt read into it any more than that.
but i know if someone pissed me off a lot, i sure would make it well known, and maybe that was the best way to get the message across for that person, different people take different approaches, and wheter its right or wrong, not everyones gonna be happy

grtz sal. (maori who likes lego also :D)

97917 2002-11-12 17:34:00 Actually i think this is a great victory for those who have been fighting to save the moari language... now bits of it are finding it's ways into common use.. such as kids(?) toys. The fight is clearly seeing some success!

>If I hacked a Maori web site tomorrow and left messages demanding an end to the Maori language

Isn't that kinda what we are seeing here?

97918 2002-11-12 18:19:00 mis-spelling lego deserves punishment, in itself.

But let's face it. This week we've had road-works postponed due to Taniwha and sand became immovable due to blood and bone. Anyone ever thought about what happens to used sticking plasters when they go in the rubbish?

Oops. I might start something, I should be more careful.
