| 98419 | 2002-11-13 23:31:00 | :-( help please! I have just had another 128 mb ram added to my computer and while system properties says I have it all as does my Bios windows me can't seem to find it.When I go to my computer and click local disk 'C' it says I only have 64 mb . I tried going through add new hardware to see if it could find it but it just keeps getting an error before I can get far enough through to see if it works . Error :OE:0028:C15B1475 although the last section of that number changes.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. | dammit (303) | ||
| 98420 | 2002-11-14 00:22:00 | I think you are getting RAM and HDD space mixed up. ?:| But that's OK everybody does! If the extra RAM is showing in System properties then Windows is using it. When you click on local disk C you are looking at the amount of space used / left / total on the hard drive. If you only have 64MB then it sounds like you might need to delete some temp files and remove unused programs etc. |
