Oscar's JPEG Thumb-Maker is one that we've been using for only a short time. However, in this short time, it has become the only one we use. Give Oscar's JPEG Thumb-Maker a try. You'll find it by clicking here (www.mediachance.com). ******** Haven't had a look at it yet myself, but Tipworld's tips are usually pretty good. |

| 98292 | 2002-11-13 08:31:00 | Is it possible to sync a local folder with a webserver using some sort of software that'll just generate a page holding each induvidual photo and link to the next page holding the next photo (All images will be the same size)? | Chilling_Silence (9) | ||
| 98293 | 2002-11-13 08:59:00 | Chilling_Silence.... Huh? Do you mean store the photos on your local drive? If so, not unless you leave your computer on 24 hours a day and hooked up to the Net for the same length of time. If you mean generate a page without creating a page for each photo - yes. Use a server side language such as ASP, ColdFusion or PHP. Store everything in a database and have a click link to next record. Of course, you also need a web server which will support your chosen language. |
