| 98493 | 2002-11-14 06:35:00 | ""Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. Account: 'Hotmail', Server: 'services.msn.com Protocol: HTTPMail, Server Response: '', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 12002, Error Number: 0x800CCC19"" I have found numerous postings to this error and apart from a microsoft solution regarding the incorrect http address which I have done and no difference. I can actually send a message from my xtra email to hotmail and receive it . So has anybody got the solution to this query. I am sure computer details are not reqd for this question:) Regards Rob |

| 98496 | 2002-11-14 08:04:00 | It looks like its quite common with hotmail, but everyone had a different cure. Some were fixed by deleting a large e-mail that was waiting to be downloaded, doesnt sound like your case. Others were using a proxy server, which caused it. If you want to search, just use the error number 0x800CCC19 in Google and browse for a week or three. |
