You just need to be the administrator to create them for all/some/one of the users.:) Now we can start a war about browsers (maybe). I prefer Mozilla (www.mozilla.org). Or you could try Phoenix (www.mozilla.org). Opera (www.opera.com) is a good choice too. I would not recommend IE6 for general surfing, even though they claim its holes have been plugged. Have heard of crazybrowser, which is a front for IE and has tabbed browsing enabled, like all of the browsers listed. rads:) |

There is the accational website that uses code only IE can deal with "properly", this is usually trivial, but if you find that "free offer" is actually a porn page that is reproducing itself with more determination then the people shown on it.. fear not.. opera can and is usual set to reject popups. In Opera 7 it apparently can be set to ask you if you would like to see the 20 pages of things popping up in your face. Another consideration should you choose the mainstream 'doze/IE path is that every virus maker and hacker on the planet will have your number. Notice that that sort of thing is allmost never targeted at Linux or Mac users In the end the choices are yours. .Clueless |
