| 99140 | 2002-11-17 01:54:00 | I recently installed a Genius cordless mouse and a EZ 8000 smart keyboard I am now experiencing problems printing emails etc. The Print window comes up I adjust as necessary then click ok and it dosent print. If I bring up the despooler window it shows the print job as being qued.A friend has an identical printer and the only difference in the settings is in the print window against status he has the word idle on mine it has the word user intervention. Does anyone Know how I can intervene to make it print |
