The day/date requires adjusting after every session in XP as it appears to stop after each session. I update via the Control panel, apply, it works for the session but later is hours/days incorect. |

How old is your PC? It sounds like the motherboard battery is flat. |

The other thing to remember is that if the PC is on a network it may be getting the time from the server which is incorrect. It sounds more like the MB battery though. |

I had this problem before I downloaded SP1. Once I installed it the problem went away.
