Go to format cells, then custom formats, then type in #,##0.00" ";[red]#,##0.00- This should give you red negative numbers (but take out the red if you like) with negative on the RHS of the number as you asked, and the actual numbers are aligned on the right. You can modify this easily enough for brackets if you like. If you are using more or less than two decimal places, you can also modify this. If your different numbers have different decimal places then you would have to specify more clearly just what you want aligned. |
