99246 2002-11-17 20:23:00 Is it possible to set more than one print area in a spreadsheet ?

I have a rather large (in area) spreadsheet and regularly need to be able to printout more than one "piece" of it .

Using Windows 2000 and Excel 97 SR-2

Try this. Highlight the first area you wish to print, then highlight the other areas by holding down the Ctrl key. Then click on File, Print Area and choose Set Print Area. Then click on File, Print and choose Selection, and print. Each new selection will be on a new page but at least you can print only what you want.

You can then print each individual area using "Print Selection"
