| 99397 | 2002-11-18 20:39:00 | I'm running the latest version of Mozilla and had been successfully using email until I changed my ISP. Now I can send, but not receive email. Have tried changing all of the smtp, pop and username settings but to no avail. My ISP tells me that I should also change the password settings, but I cannot find any password prompt in Mozilla. I have tried using the "New account" wizard in Mozilla email, but this does not fix the problem either. | AnnaM (2557) | ||

Go to Tools/Password manager/Manage stored passwords Remove your stored password Check mail again and type in your password in the box that comes up. Are you sure you have the pop server name and Username correct in Server Settings Make sure Use secure connection is not ticked there as well |
