I am using Microsoft Outlook 2002 at home with a dial up connection. Each time I restart Outlook, I have lost the settings on the Send/Receive options. I want to remove all messages on the servers when I check my email accounts but the default setting is to leave messages on the server. I need to reset the settings each time before I check my email otherwise the messages build up on the servers and I need to delete them periodically. Has anyone else had this experience or knows how to overcome the problem? |
