When you say the email arrives in a minimized mode, do you mean when you click on your new email and the new window that opens up is only say 10 cm X 10 cm in size (or whatever)? To make all your new emails open up in a full size window, open up an email, then look at the bottom right area of the window. You should see some fine lines crossing the bottom corner at a 45 deg angle. Hover your cursor over these line until it turns into a double-ended arrow. Hold down your left click mouse button and drag the window down to the bottom left of your screen - then release your mouse. From now on all new email windows should open up to that size. If this is completely NOT what are meaning, then you better post some more details as godfather suggested. Cheers Jen |
